Private Parties

Bosie Tea Parlor is a beautiful space designed in the style of European Tea Salons that is ideal for holding private parties. We have held numerous Baby and Bridal showers, as well as birthday, product launch and holiday parties at the space.

The parlor is one continuous space, but has three distinct areas to it. There is regular restaurant/cafe style seating in the front of the space that can accommodate 18-20 people for a seated service. At the back of the space, in a library type area, we have two tables that seat a total of four people. Also, at the front of the space is a service bar with six bar-stools. Giving the parlor a maximum capacity of 30 people for a seated service. We have also held events of over 40 people, but in a casual cocktail party/buffet setting. The most common parties held at Bosie are our famous Tea parties. There are numerous options available to our customers with the Bosie Tea Service starting at $27 per person, to the exclusive Chef's Tea Service at $57 per person. In addition to the tea service, Bosie also have a la carte options that include soups, salads, quiches and Panini. On weekends, we also have a few brunch options that include French Toast, Baked Eggs and other continental breakfast items. As well as the food menus, we serve a selection of over 80 teas, a small but select wine list and unique and exclusive tea cocktails.

The standard booking at Bosie is for two hours and costs a minimum of $27 per head (plus tax and gratuity). This charge includes the Bosie Tea Service or its equivalent from the menu. There are additional costs for booking the whole room, for parties of over sixteen people, but these charges can be used to order additional food and drinks for the party. For example, there is a 'room fee' of $250 for a booking on Thursday evening. However, if a party of 25 people spent $37 per head (instead of the min $27), there would be no additional charge.

Basic charge - $27 per person minimum spend

Addional cost for full room bookings (over 16 people) (These costs can be used to against food and beverage purchases);

• Mon – Friday, 2pm – 6pm : $250 (Peak 1)
• Sat – Sun, 11am – 2pm : $250 (Peak 1)
• Sat – Sun, 2pm – 6pm : $400 (Peak 2)
• Fri – Sat, 6pm – 9pm : $250 (Peak 1)

The standard booking is for a two hour period. Below are the costs of additional periods;

• During regular hours, $100 per every 30mins (for a party of 20, this is an additional $5 per person in spend).
• During 'Peak 1' hours, an additional $150 per every 30mins.
• During 'Peak 2' hours, an additional $200 per every 30mins.
